The department of Computer Application meets the needs of students of BSc Statistics because the complementary courses for BSc Statistics program are Computer Applications and Mathematics.

To fulfill the needs of BSc Statistics students, the department have Computer Lab equipped with 23 computer system. In addition to this, the department also offers basic computer skills courses to students across disciplines. In association with the parent department -Statistics, Computer Science department has conducted many useful programs which were beneficial for students and the staff to improve their digital literacy, e-content preparation and online learning and teaching.
